Refund Policy
At LaunchTable, we aim to provide high-quality photography and website services that help restaurants launch and grow online. Because our work involves time, planning, and custom deliverables, refunds are limited under the following terms.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7 days or more before a scheduled shoot or project start date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot are non-refundable, as time and resources have already been allocated.

Rescheduling requests are accepted at no charge if made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Project-Based Work (Websites and Design)

Deposits for website or design services are non-refundable once work has begun, as these projects require significant setup and customization.

If a client chooses to end a project early, any completed work up to that point will be delivered, and the remaining unpaid balance may be adjusted based on the percentage of work completed.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Technical errors or duplicate payments.

Failure by LaunchTable to deliver agreed-upon deliverables.
